Itinerary

Lake Naivasha is a picnic and camping spot and a bird watcher’s paradise. During your safari, you will have a chance to visit Hell’s Gate National Park which has over 100 species of birds including vultures, Evreux’s Eagles,  augur buzzard, and swifts.

After breakfast depart Nairobi by road to Hell’s Gate National Park. Arrive at Hell’s Gate National Park after an hour’s drive. Once at the Park, you have the option of a game drive in a Safari vehicle or take bikes into the Park. Cycling in the Park is a great adventure as you get to ride the bikes for 7 Kilometers before resting at a ranger’s post.

Lunch at the lodge then spend the afternoon enjoying various activities available at the camp/ Lodge such as swimming, walking, horse riding or cycling at leisure.

Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.

Breakfast then visit Crescent Island Game Sanctuary – a peninsula or island on the eastern side of Lake Naivasha. A short boat trip from the mainland out into Lake Naivasha gives you access to the unique Crescent Island Wildlife Sanctuary. (Extra Charges for Boat & Cresent Island Visit )

There is a lot of easy to see game e.g. giraffes, waterbucks, elands, wildebeests, zebras, and impalas.

It is also a heaven for birds with + 200 species recorded. The lake has a lot of hippos, which you can easily spot from the island.

After lunch transfer back to Nairobi drop off your hotel .
